    Your domain is connected and the site goes live. Agreed changes are made and you know exactly how updates work from there.

How much does a website cost?

Websites start at A$120 for a one-page site, A$990 for a 5-page Essential site and A$4,500 for a full Professional site, plus a small monthly fee for hosting, updates and support. See the packages above. You get the exact price in writing before any work starts.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content comes together. An Essential site is usually ready for your review within about a week of receiving your content. Your quote states the timing.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

You get a reply within one business day. If it looks like a fit, we book a short call, then you receive a written quote. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

How do payments work?

You approve a written quote first. Then half the setup fee is paid to start and half on launch. After launch there is the monthly fee for hosting and support, which is month to month with no lock-in contract.

What if I don’t like the design?

You see the design on your own phone before anything is built, and every package includes rounds of changes: one on Starter, two on Launch and Essential, three on Business and Growth, and extra rounds before launch on Professional.

Will my website work on phones?

Yes. Every site is designed for phones first and checked on iPhone and Android, as well as tablets and desktops.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We review what you have, keep what works and rebuild the rest. Your existing domain can usually stay the same.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Yes. Everything happens by email and video call, so it works wherever you are. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), and replies come within one business day, Sydney time.

What do you need from me to start?

Your business name, the services you offer, the areas you cover, any logo or photos you have, and how customers should contact you. If you do not have photos or copy yet, we work it out together.

Can I update the site after it launches?

Small updates such as hours, prices and services are included in the monthly fee: send an email and it gets done.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. The monthly plan covers hosting, security updates and small changes. It is month to month, with no lock-in contract.

Can I add features later?

Yes. Booking, menus, galleries, extra pages and similar features can be added later and are quoted before any work is done.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?
